I help people of all ages and abilities to navigate life, developing executive functioning skills

While attending Colorado State University, I was exposed to Dr. Temple Grandin’s work in Animal Sciences and how she lived her life with Autism. In the fall of 2009, I heard Dr. Grandin speak online about Autism. The details of her theory of how the mind works was fascinating. During her lecture, she mentioned the need to assist employees with Autism to better utilize their skills in the workplace. Her declaration spoke to me and led me to the topic of my dissertation and helped me find my passion. I chase this passion every day helping people in the workplace with daily executive functioning and performance management specifically pertaining to neurodivergent employees.

My passion as a human resources professional is to work with individuals and teams to better understand what skills they bring to an organization. I help at all three levels, the individual, team, and organization, to make sure they succeed. It gives me an amazing opportunity to help employees discover their passions and match them with a rewarding career.

My area of focus is working with youth through older professionals. I can help all that are seeking to explore career options, enhance executive functioning skills, identifying strengths, improving communication, and learning new skills and styles. My approach is to be a coach and mentor to help you establish and achieve your goals. Additionally, I work with organizational leadership, management, and teams to develop in understanding the diversity of communication and learning styles in the workplace. I can help you figure out how to develop performance management expectations and feedback for employees, and to build successful teams.
